Overview
Odette Regina is the Swan Princess of the Regina Family that lives at the Swanlake. She harness her power through her magical staff. Using any skill can stack up her passive which is the Lakeshore ambiance. Using basic attack delivers the musical note that chases and damages enemy unit
Strengths
Odette has great Aoe damage. Her ultimate can deal damage to multiple heroes at a large area. Passive: Lakeshore Ambience - Her passive triggers after using any skill and using basic attacks launches her passive to chase and deal damage to enemy units. 1st Skill: Avian Authority - Her skill one launches a Swan that deals Aoe damage along its path. This skill is great for stacking her passive and clearing minion waves. 2nd Kill: Blue Nova - Her skill two launches an orb that bounces and roots nearby enemy units. This skill is great at immobilizing enemy units and stops the from using dash skills. Ultimate: Swan Song - Her ultimate damages enemies in a circular area, a massive Aoe skill. During the duration of her ultimate, her passive is enhanced. Bounces faster and many more times at enemy units.
Weaknesses
Hard Crowd Controls: Odette ultimate, Swan Song can no longer be interrupted by small CC. However skills like transform, freeze, suppress and knock-up skills can interrupt her ultimate.

The items I use prioritizes the CD build. I usually love spamming skills and the reason I have this build is because it maximizes the CD to 45 percent CD reduction
Burst Build by Project Wednesday
This build prioritizes Burst Capabilities. Maximizing the Magic Penetration can make her damage chop down her enemies Hp. The Winter Crown can help her create a play and help her survive in clashes
Supreme Burst by Project Wednesday
Unorthodox build. I typically use this build when I know that the enemy units have no Hard CC and if all their heroes are squishy. I have fun playing this build and it could be a hit or a miss. Use at your own risk.
Mage Emblem
Mage Emblem: This has been my go to emblem set as it provides sufficient cd reduction, lower item price and burst potential.
Battle Spell
Flicker: Use this spell to escape, since Odette lacks mobility skills. You can also use this spell to chase enemies, especially when casting her ultimate.
Early Game
Early game: Pick the first skill, Avian Authority. Use this skill to stack up her passive, make sure to maintain the stacks until you reach the mid lane minions. Use this skill to clear the mid lane faster.
Mid Game
Mid game: Make sure to rotate the map with a tank to avoid being picked off.
Team fights/ Clash
Team fights: Always observe if the enemy units casts their hard Crowd Control skills before diving in the clash. To maximize her damage, stack her passive and release all the stacks then cast the ultimate. Her passive bounces more times and faster in the duration of the Swan Song Ultimate. Tip: Winter crown can now be used while casting her ultimate, make sure to take advantage of this item.
Late Game
Late game: For better rate of success, focus on picking off their damage dealer and always check the map if your tank sets then cast her ultimate to wipe the enemy team.
