Ixia dominates in early to late game if you know how to use her passive correctly
Strengths
Ixia is strong on 1v1 situation on lane specially because of her passive she can sustain and gain the upper hand on the lane and her early damage is pretty strong even without item
Weaknesses
Her weakness is crowd control heroes like guinevere,saber etc.. that can burst her easily if she got crowd control or stun
Burst
With these item you can melt tank heroes and with the help of the piercer you can easily execute the opponen

With her skill you can easily activate the passive of the war cry
Battle Spell
The best spell for her is flicker because she dont have a blink skill to scape but it can also use to chase the opponent hero, you can use flicker while using her ult so you can readjust your position
Early game
Poke your opponent so you can gain the upper hand and gap her/him by freezing the lane
Mid Game
Focus on rotating and not just staying on your lane help turtle/lord fight always position your self behind your tank/exp
Late game
You can use your Ultimate for clearing lane, be aware of your map dont just go straight to the bushes make your tank check it first
Late game losing
Always use your ultimate behind your tower so no one can pick off you
