Kagura's a mage, famous with her burst capability to squishy heroes mainly marksman
Strengths
Kagura is a hero with lot of abilities like crowd control, AOE, remove CC, blink skill and a shield. These abilities provide her to be able to stay in the meta. With proper practice and utilization of these skills will make your Kagura untouchable.
Weaknesses
All heroes have weaknesses and for Kagura is that after she casted all her skills you're become a vulnerable target either for the opponents assasin or even for their fighter. Make sure you use your skills wisely and you better watch out the opponent next move

This build is good to one-shot squishy heroes.

Early Game
In early game you must focus on building glowing wand if the opponents have a healer or sustain heroes. Make sure to visit lanes that need help (like the goldlane) after you clear your lane. Focus on get level 4 as early as possible.
Late Game
Be patient and focus on dealing or killing the opponents damage dealers and watch out for unexpected gank so bush checking is a must (use 1st skill in checking bushes).
