Pharsa is best with heroes who can CC the enemy so that her skills can hit them. Atlas and Franco are good examples of this.

Strong Against

Pharsa can deal high burst damage from a very long range. A great counter to enemy back-row heroes with poor Mobility, such as Layla, Hanabi and Xavier.

Weak Against

Pharsa should beware of any displacement ability skill. Heroes like Franco, Zilong and Minsitthar can easily interrupt Pharsa's Ultimate.
