  The Soaring state lasts 6.6s. During this time, he ignores obstacles and gains 15% Movement Speed, but his turn radius is restricted. He can use Basic Attacks while moving, dealing 100 (+25% Total Magic Power) (+ 2% target's <1005>) Magic Damage to surrounding enemies.

Strong Against

Kaja does well against carries with no mobility skills, such as Layla, Ixia, and Vexana. Once he flies in and lassoes them, there's no hope of escape.

Weak Against

Now, if you're up against Kaja, remember that while his Ultimate can't be Purified, heroes with mobility like Kagura, Yi Sun-shin, and Suyou can still dodge it with a dash.
